SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that the address you have entered at checkout is correct.

Unfortunately, we cannot change your address after the order is shipped given we have multiple warehousing locations.

Orders with incorrect address details that are returned to us (the sender) will in most cases result in a re-shipping fee that will be passed on to the customer.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Products will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of order.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. 

We ship from both Australia and USA.
